Account and billing
Trial and subscription
New accounts start with a free trial of six months, without payment details. There is one plan: €3 per month. Nothing converts automatically — when the trial ends you are asked to add a payment method, and without one your account is paused rather than charged.
A paused account keeps your data. Adding a subscription unlocks the app again.
Payments and invoices
Billing runs through Stripe. On the Billing page you start the subscription and open the Stripe billing portal, where you can change your card, download invoices and cancel. We never see or store your card details.
Cancelling
You cancel in the Stripe billing portal. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Export your payslips, journal entries and payroll statements before you leave.
Language
Payrollr.nl is available in Dutch and English. Use the language switcher in the header; your choice is remembered on your next visit.
Your data
- • Every account only ever sees its own companies, DGAs and payroll runs.
- • The BSN is stored encrypted and is only shown as the last four digits.
- • Your data leaves the app as PDF, CSV and SEPA XML files, which you can download at any time.
- • Deleting your account from your profile page removes your data permanently. Download what you need to keep first.
Password and email
You change your name, email address and password on your profile page. If you lose your password, use the forgotten-password link on the login page.
